The material has a high moisture content and a considerable of material sticks to the conveyor as can be seen in the photograph. This condition produced extensive product recirculation through the tunnel resulting in production delays and increased cleaning costs
The Brush is operating and you will note how much of the sand is being removed and thrown forward under the flicking action of the bristles.
